Zelper Professional Corp (“Zelper”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at zelper.io and all associated services (the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
1Information We Collect
1.1 Account and Profile Information
When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, company name, job title, and payment information (processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.
1.2 Usage Data

The Service aggregates publicly available data from third-party social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Twitch) via their official APIs and public interfaces. This includes creator handles, follower counts, engagement metrics, content metadata, and other publicly accessible performance data. We do not collect private messages, non-public profile information, or data that requires individual creator consent to access.
1.4 Communications
If you contact us by email or through support channels, we retain the content of your messages and our responses to provide support and improve the Service.
1.5 Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain sessions, remember your preferences, and analyse usage. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the Service may not function properly without them.

3Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:
- Contract performance — to provide the Service you have subscribed to.
- Legitimate interests — for analytics, security, fraud prevention, and product improvement, where such interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation — where we are required to process data to comply with applicable law.
- Consent — for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time.
4How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Service providers — third-party companies that help us operate the Service, including cloud infrastructure (Vercel, AWS), authentication (Clerk), payments (Stripe), and analytics tools. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice if this occurs.
- Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Zelper, our users, or the public.
5Third-Party Platform Data
The creator analytics and intelligence features of the Service rely on data sourced from third-party social media platforms. We access this data in compliance with each platform’s terms of service and developer policies. Platform data is subject to change or removal in accordance with those policies.
Our use of TikTok API services is subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We use TikTok data solely to provide analytics to brand teams, and do not use it for advertising targeting, selling to third parties, or training AI models outside the scope of the Service.
6Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required for legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.
Creator analytics data (publicly sourced metrics) may be retained longer in aggregated or anonymised form for benchmarking and platform improvement.
7Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive data, access controls, and regular security reviews.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
